Bench
Raw - 185X5, 205X4, 225X1, 235X0
Shirt - 225X1, 235X1, 245X1, 245X1, 245X1
Raw - 185X12
I got some good heavy work in today. I wish I had done all of my work in a shirt. I didn't ever touch 245. I was an inch or less high every time. I was very fast on the concentric part of the lift. It was the second time in a shirt for me & the first time I touched with a weight. It's probably good that I'm getting some experience now in case I ever do decide to compete equipped.
I'm benching in a shirt right now because it has some carryover to my raw bench and it's easier on my shoulders.

I added two cups of water to my rice cooker & added a package of chicken tenderloins. 5 min later, I added some chicken & broccoli flavored rice. It's all cooked up. I just covered it with shredded cheese & poured myself a glass of whole milk.
You're eating a #4? I pity you...

Hypers
I barely got 425 off the floor. I shouldn't have attempted it. I was so burnt out from yesterday. Tomorrow will be a nice break from the gym. I think I'm going grouse hunting.

Yes sir. Thanks for reading. The whole recovery thing is difficult since I'm starting to get pretty sick. I'm just sleeping a lot and eating as much as I can.
I've hit multiple PRs during every workout since I started training with the advanced guys at the gym. That makes it fun!
