There are...8 people in the main group that I train with and I think 5 or 6 of them are competing in February. I'm not sure that I'll still be here training with them when the meet rolls around because I might have to move to get a job. Either way, I'll be in touch with them & I'll be doing the same workouts. We should all be peaking for the meet, which is great for me since I have no idea what that entails.

Be careful man. Don't let your heart get in the way of your head. I know you *want* to lift big weight real bad (who doesn't?!) but getting seriously injured will set you way back.

Dips (BW + 58lbs) - 3, 5 Cable rows - 2X10 130 Kind of an off night. I still managed to have a decent workout. It was dynamic day, so I didn't load up on volume to compensate. |
