When I'm pulling +500 tonight, I'll be fantasizing about you eating a swiss cake roll.

Rack pulls (knee high) - 245X3, 335X3, 445X1, 445X1, 495X1, 535X1, 585X0, 585X0
Squats - form work up to 235, extra wide stance
Sled

I need to quit doing ME shit on dynamic days. I got 585 moving both times, just couldn't hold onto it. It was too heavy anyway. I'm going to get burned out if I keep doing this.
