Thanks. I'm feeling a lot more confident after the meet & I have a better idea of my strength. I'm hoping to dial in my training more during the next few weeks.

Box squats (12" box) - 195X3, 235X3, 255X3, 285X1

I had to hustle to the gym & didn't have much time. Box squats felt great, form was good. I kept everything light. I didn't want to go heavy after being on my feet for 12 hours. Hopefully I can get into a regular routine SOON.

Push press - 150X5, 170X3, 180X2
Flat DB press - 65X5, 80X3, 80X5

Pressed for time. Again. I plan on being back in a regular routine next week.

Incline press w/ axle bar - 5X5 180
Triceps extensions
Face pulls

Abbreviated workout. I kept rest times as short as I could...less than 2 min.
