Thanks guys. 12" is...between 1-2" below parallel. I need to add in more box squats.

I'm responding a lot better to the moderate volume workouts. I've actually lost 12lbs over the past two months (down to 186), but my strength is up. Hips are healthier than they have been since I started squatting and my shoulder is relatively healthy. I'm pretty happy with the 220lb OH/viking press earlier in the week and then the 40lb PR on box squats.

Yeah, those are crazy. One of my training partners has gone over 400lbs on the viking press for reps. There are 7 people from my gym competing in WV on the 18th of this month. I'll get some videos up after it happens.

(Yesterday)
Incline press - 165X5, 185X5
Flat DB press - DS 85X8,4

Easy, light day. I picked up the 160lb atlas stone, but wasn't able to lift the 185lb stone. I'm more than strong enough to do it, but I can't squeeze the stone hard enough because of the bum shoulder, so that was a huge disappointment. Looks like I'll never be able to do much with the stones.

Flipped the 600lb tire twice also. That was very rough.

Deadlift from 2" below the knees - 250X3, 340X2, 430X1, 520X1
Push sled (70ft) - 80lb sled + 210, 260, 310

I wanted to do regular deadlifts, but I ended up pulling with the group that's getting ready for the strongman competition. I hit a PR & that was my goal today. I feel like I got hit by a train...seems like that's how I always feel after going heavy as I get stronger.

Thanks. I nailed it on the 3rd attempt. The first two times my head wasn't straight. I probably pulled for a good long 3 seconds before it even started to move. Grinder.
