Tueday workout
OH press - 155X5, 165X5, 175X5, 135X15
Neutral grip flat DB press - 65X12, 65X12
Flyes - doing these for the stretch...left pec is very short & tight
Hammer strength low rows - 3 sets of 8

Wednesday workout
Squats - 285X5, 325X2, 325X2, 325X3
Leg curls
Sled

I smashed my toe & I'm going to lose the toenail. So...I took it easy yesterday since it was the first lower workout since the incident.

My lifts haven't gone up much since the meet I did with the exception of OH press. I'm really focusing on hypertrophy right now. I'm up to a BW of 200lbs. Because I haven't progressed to the point that I wanted to (strength wise) by now, I'm going to push my next meet back to December or early next year.

I graduated and found a job that I'll be starting on June 8 since my last post in my journal. I'll be moving next week. I'm moving to a tiny secluded town located deeper in the mountains. There is one gym in the area, so I'm anxious to check it out.

Thanks man. I hate having to move away from family and friends, but it's definitely a great opportunity.

I agree, moving away is the biggest downside, but at least with a job you'll be able to afford rent and , most importantly, protein powder.

Thanks guys. I'll have a good guy to train with if I can get him motivated. He has pulled over 500...I think around 600, so that will be a great help. He has been talking about putting together a home gym, so I might throw in with him & see what we can do.
