Back is feeling better. I'm not going to push it too hard though. Sucked...when I got to the gym, I heard about a gunman being on campus on the radio. Well, about an hour and 20 minutes later, I was getting ready to leave the gym and they locked down campus and wouldn't let anyone leave. I was in the gym for another 45 minutes with no carbs and no protein. My body ate all of my muscles. It's stupid...a girl was off campus, saw a guy at her apt that took of running. She thought that he "might" have had a gun. When he took off, he was running in the direction of campus. So...yeah. Lock down the school. 4 helicopters were over the school. They didn't even shut down the roads that ran through campus. Stupid as hell.
I simply cannot believe this shit happens in US schools, how the fuck do school kids get theier dumb fucking hands on guns, shit is crazy, and it really pisses me off.

RANT OVER

Hope the back feels better Ross

Haha credit cards not accepted.

Turns out that the kid lost his keys or something. So he kicked in the door to his apt. He found out that he was going to have to pay for the broken door. So he made up the story about being robbed and having a gun pointed at him, etc. He is being charged with the misdemeanor filing a false police report.

I would break it if my body didn't eat all of my muscles while being locked down in the gym without carbs & protein.

Military Press - 5X5 135, 135, 135, 135, 145
Pull ups - 5X6 BW (semi wide)
Lat pulls - 3X8 135, 150, 165 (very wide)
Curls - 4X8 85 (wide grip)
Hyper extensions
Abs

Weight - 175

I lost 2.5 lbs. SUCKS. Need to do better in the kitchen. It just blows my mind that I lost weight when I've been taking in at least 2800 calories. I am coming down from taking in +3500. Protein is still high and strength is still up. I'm not too worried about it...2 lbs is superficial I guess.

Looks like I'm going to Florida for a week...leave Sunday. It's spring break, so I'm hoping to fit in some off shore fishing, some beer drinking, and some girl chasing. Time for a deload anyway. Military press is the only thing I could have progressed with next week.

I had some free time, so I made up the workout I'll start when I get back from Florida. I'm going to change some things around after the first week. I don't like having four compound movements together on Friday, but I should be able to handle it. Let me know if you have any ideas..
