I had lunch with a friend I work with not long ago and he was complaining about not being able to keep his weight down. So I started estimating he had just consumed during lunch...turns out it was a conservative 1700 (mostly from fat).
Its funny , I have relatives and friends who do the same thing, cracks me up everytime.

It is amazing how somethings can just sky rocket and a person doesn't even know it.

Off Topic - What fast food joints do you have that the bugers come with lettuce instead of buns ? Just wondering because we don't have anything like that in Canada - yet.

I know Hardees has or had a low carb burger like that. And a breakfast bowl also...ham, bacon, cheese, bacon, eggs, cheese, sausage, cheese.

1500 calories...I had burritos for brunch. I sauteed some chicken, mushrooms, and onions. I made some brown rice and had some leftover black bean soup. I used whole wheat tortillas, added 1 tbsp of light sour cream, and a tbsp of shredded cheddar to each... So it was mushrooms, onion, chicken, brown rice, black beans, whole wheat tortillas, low fat sour cream, and mild cheddar cheese. It was low fat. The only problem was that I had three of them...the calories add up. I was fucking hungry. Tonight was the last night of any drinking for a longggg time. I didn't even get drunk, so it was a good night.

Yeah...I just had two burritos from the leftovers. If I ever get really rich, I am just going to permanently go on a clean food bulking diet. About 3000-5000 calories a day. And I'll schedule liposuction every 6 months. I hate cutting calories 10 x's more than I hate cardio or front squats.

Squats - 3X5 275, 285, 295, 1X3 305, 1X10 225
Incline bench press - 3X5 165, 165, 170
Arnolds - 3X5 65, 65, 70

Squats sucked...should have done a lot more. I went hiking on some steep ass mountain trails for about 45 minutes right before going to the gym to do squats. For some reason that seemed to take a little bit out of me. That and the fact that I was up until 3:30 last night drinking. Things should be a lot better from now on as far as all of that shit goes. I tried power cleaning 225 for a single and barely missed it. I tried it 30 seconds after doing my last set of squats. My timing was off...otherwise I would have had it. I think I can clean more than I can flat bench press right now. I need to do something about my chest because it fucking sucks. My back is looking a LOT bigger, but my chest is still small.

I was reading something about how many of the typical fatass Americans who think they're 'dieting' will underestimate their calorie intake by up to 50%. 50!?

That's funny, because most newbies that "eat a lot" are pretty close to 50% also, I think (overestimating). That's a ridiculous number though.
