Deadlifts
Doubles - 275, 295, 315
Singles - 335
Pull ups
Lat pulls

Shitty workout...I got more reps dead lifting than I thought. My form sucked...I rounded out on two reps. Shouldn't have been dead lifting anyway...still tired/sore from Sunday. I went with one of my buddies to lift because my schedule is fucked this week. I have only been doing a workout with heavy squats or dead lifts once a week and I need to get back to that. The only good thing about the workout was the fact that I had the self control to cut it short.

That can be the hardest, and smartest, part of training.

Standing military press - 1X5 135, 2X8 115
Flat DB bench - 2X6 70, 75
Tricep pulldowns
Light squats

Weird workout...I was hoping 135 would be lighter than it was. 115 was fun! It felt so light. I tried to generate as much force behind the bar as I could for some explosive reps. I went to do DB press, but my collar bone felt like it was going to snap under the tension. It felt like that in the lumpy place. (might have broken it years ago, but never knew it). I'm not sure why it was acting up. I didn't do many squats at all...could feel my back the whole time. I'm going to wear a belt the next time I do any kind of OH press.

I haven't lifted since...Friday. Not sure when I will next. My shoulder is pretty messed up. I guess I'll start doing just lower body stuff. I'm not sure if I can hold on to the bar to do squats. I'll post again whenever I make it to the gym.

damn. did that come from the shoulder injury you had before? would you be able to hold weight in your hands in a deadlift manner? if so you could do some other stuff to keep yoru legs going untill you are bakc in business. make sure you take care of that shoulder. it could set you back months. good luck with it

Haha.

It got injured again when my spotter wasn't paying attention. I was doing Arnolds and got stuck on the third rep...I figured he was going to help me out, but he didn't know how to spot me. What a surprise... It's the worse that it has been in a while. There are several painful areas. It hurts on the clavicle, near the scapula, on the posterior deltoid, where it connects at the medial deltoid, the actual joint...it's like every spot that could be messed up is messed up. And it's flopping in and out of place more than it usually does. I am going to spend some time looking at some anatomy charts. I really just need to go to the doctor and get an MRI done. My family's insurance SUCKS right now though, so I think I will just wait for about 8 more months till I get my own. I'm not sure where to start with the rehab. I think Eric posted some stuff about shoulder rehab somewhere in my journal (I might be mistaken), so I'll look for that tomorrow and do some extra research.
