I don't think it matters , Pity. But the longer you go ( at first ) the faster the switch will be. But if your craving carbs then go ahead and do it.

I'm pretty sure I have switched over...I'll go get ketone sticks in the morning. I think I have food poisoning or a stomach virus. I just started having stomach cramps an hour ago...followed by vomiting and diarrhea. I'm in bed right now. Still have the stomach cramps. The Immodium AD I took might be kicking in...not really sure. Sucks because I have an exam in the morning that I was going to study for tonight and tomorrow morning...and a couple of hours worth of work for a project that's due also. I just realized that I've been bitching a lot lately. I think the CKD is making me cranky.

Thanks, I hope so. This is the weirdest thing that has happened to me in a long time.

Yep, the fastest way to recovery is completely forgetting about the gym until you're 100%.. If you're 99.9%, I'd wait another day, but that's just me.

I think I will take today off and then train tomorrow...and then carb up. I fell asleep around 1:00 last night and woke up feeling like crap...but 100 times better than I felt last night. I was supposed to go out of town this weekend, but it will be better for my college career and training if I stay here.

I've lost three lbs since 10/10/08. So I'm now down to 172. Damn I'm hungry... I'm going to make breakfast, wash dishes, go buy keto stix, eat, workout, then carb LOAD. I hope it doesn't get TOO crazy. I might have pizza. I've had that less than 5 times this year. Oh, and on the carb load...I'm thinking I'll try to do it for less than 24 hours. Just because it's my first. And it's better to under do it than over do it.

I think as long as you knock yourself out of ketosis and re-store your glycolgen levels you'll do great. So enjoy that pizza and all those carbs. Let us know how you feel once your done.
