Deadlifts - 275X3, 295X3, 315X3, 345X2, 365X1, 385X1
DB rows - 3X5 80
Lat pulls SS w/ unilateral hypers - 2X5 @ 160 & 2X5 BW + 35lb DB

I had a little pasta before my workout. A small bowl. My buddy cooked it for me. I felt like crap, so I ate it since I was going to the gym in less than an hour. As depleted as I was, I managed to hit my previous 1RM on deadlift which I think is impressive.

Near the end of my workout, I had a shake w/ 60g of carbs & 25g of protein. Immediately after my workout, I had a shake w/ 60g of carbs & 35g of protein. I'm bloated, so I'm going to go take some digestive enzymes and then go eat again. I'll post my diet for the day later this evening. I got ketone strips today. I was definitely in ketosis this morning...no doubt about it.

Well, this is where I am for the day. I had a little bit of pasta right before my workout around 2-ish and then started carbing up during my workout until a little bit ago. 355g of carbs in about...8 hours. Which is close to 90g of carbs every two hours. It's not quite as much as I should have gotten. I'll keep eating carbs until around noon tomorrow.

How do you feel today (after your carb up) ? Tired ? or full of energy ?

I Love the BELL ! It's always my choice.

Today I kind of slept in and when I got up, I went to Cici's pizza where I ate about 10 slices of pizza, 6 pieces of cheese bread, and several sodas. I felt like crap at the beginning of my workout, but when I left the gym I felt okay. I feel fine now. I don't think it was a 100% successful carb up. And I think I'll need to start doing 6-8 hour carb ups every few days.

Flat DB bench - 3X5 80 (sooo weak...)
Standing military - 3X8 115
Band triceps pulldowns - 3X10 purple band

Okay workout...I'm looking forward to doing legs tomorrow. I haven't had a good leg workout in a couple of weeks.

Squats - 2X3 275, 2X3 295, 2X1 315
Planks

I kind of forgot that my gym closes at 4:00 on Saturdays. Apparently it has for the past...8 years! Oops. This workout was a little shorter than anticipated. My lower back appreciates it. I kept trying to lean forward for some weird reason.

I'm going to post what I ate today. And I'll post my next carb up or two, but I'm going to stop posting my diet every day. I am going to keep track of it still because I stay hungry 24/7 and left to my own devices, I would unknowingly consume about 5000 cals/day. I just had a chicken breast, spam, and a salad and I feel like I could eat that much again. And I ate nearly a lb of ground beef mixed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms a couple of hours before that...with a LOT of fat in it. If anything, I'm underestimating my calories on fitday.
