Did you compete or just spectate? Sounds like alot of fun either way.

I was a spectator. I want to compete eventually. I think I'm a minimum of two consistent years away from being able to compete...and then I'll be at the lower end of the field.

Push press - 135X3, 155X2, 175X2, 165X2, 125X4
Push ups w/ elevated feet
Dips - 8

I can overhead press right now without bothering my shoulders. That's about it though. They're slowly beginning to feel better. I didn't aggravate them at all today, I don't think.

Thanks. My scapula is a lot stronger on my weak side now than it was when I injured it. I don't think it will ever be quite the same though. I'm curious to see how I'll be able to progress. I've been enjoying your journal lately.

I'm behind, lol, but the "hyperextension" was "flexion".

Squats - 195X5, 235X5, 235X5
Front squats - 135X3, 165X5, 165X3, 195X1, 215X1, 225X1

Those front squats are fun. I used the squat bar which makes it more difficult apparently. 225 went up pretty easily. I guess I should go heavier with my front squats since my max is at least 245. I don't want to do 1RM stuff for front squats, but I'll be doing +3 reps/set. On a side note, I changed my bar position slightly, so no more back rounding. I got great depth. This was a good, easy workout.
