Weighted dips - 58X5, 63X5, 68X2
Machine shoulder press - 200x5, 230x5

There is a method in the madness. It might work out. I think it's worth a try. I'll just be doing a variety of pressing with low frequency. It's something I haven't tried before. Based on prior experiences, it seems slightly plausible.
