workout looks good. sorry to hear about your injuries...that sucks. hope you get things worked out and feel better soon.

Ross86 11-04-2008 04:34 AM

Thanks. I've refocused my routine/attitude over the past couple of weeks. I'm not letting much get me down...I've been doing better in the gym because of it. :)

Nice curling bigman.

Do you ever feel it in your shoulders when you curl ?

Pitysister 11-04-2008 06:31 AM

only when he powercurls i think.

Ross86 11-04-2008 02:31 PM

^^^ lol

They bother me when my shoulders are already sore. I can normally do slow reps & focus on keeping my form tight...if I'm good, then I don't feel it in my shoulders. If I get even a tiny bit sloppy, I feel it. That was my first time doing any type of curl in a long time. And sometimes it doesn't matter, it just hurts. I don't even remember if they bothered me when I did them yesterday...or the day before yesterday. Long day today...blah
