Why not six times a day, six days a week? I can't prevent injuries anyway, so there's no harm in that regard. If I eat more, I'll stave off overtraining.

I'm going to go eat. I've only eaten twice today & I'm only around 2000 cals. 2000 more to go... 181lbs at the moment.

Squats - WU, WA, 315X2, 337.5X1 (PR), 357.5X1 (PR)
RDLs w/ (Avg) Green band & 65lb DBs - 3X8

That was awesome squatting that much weight. I think that might be around a 40lb PR. I still had a little left in me...I hung for a brief second, but pushed through it fairly easily...I could probably do about 10lbs more. I'm going to put my camera in my bag right now so I'll have it in the gym from now on. Fun day, I'm very excited about this PR.
