Fun little story... I signed up to win a bag of stuff from Vitamin World at my gym. I won! Haha even though I get more free stuff & better deals on supps than anyone I know, I won. And I work at GNC. Talk about irony. I got three protein bars, a shaker cup, 2lbs of vanilla whey, a shopping bag, and vegetarian vitamins. Vegetarian vitamins. Who the **** takes vegetarian vitamins? Anyway, props to Vitamin World. Kind of makes up for USPS losing my box of supps today.

Ummmm, aren't all vitamins neither vegetarian or carnivore in nature anyway? I mean, correct me if I'm wrong but everything falls into either
A)Animal
B)Vegetable
C)Mineral... um, like a vitamin...

Maybe they just don't wrap their vitamins in sheep intestine? No bacon fat as filler? What kind of pathetic vitamins are you taking MAN!

I'm going to be starting the grizzly diet soon anyway. Berries, honey, and raw salmon. I made it up during one of my workouts last week. Grizzlies are big and they eat that stuff, so I'm going to be big too. It's a recipe for success.

Some of the caps that companies use have animal fats in them, I think the vagitarian supps dont use that type of cellulose in the capping. As well as what Kane mentioned about the liver.
