You didn't seem snappy. Haha, that comment in the shoutbox was aimed at that last post since I still was stubborn about it after you elaborated on your post. Because I know that gets frustrating, when you have what seems like very logical arguments but someone keeps saying, nah, not a good idea.

Pressing has always been slow painful progress for me as well no matter how elaborate my training. And the thing is at the times where I have had great "progress" it has almost always resulted in a backlash where I get injured or just drop a bunch of weight as if my shoulders just put the breaks on.

Sometimes it's like building a house of cards. So that is where I'm coming from with this stuff. Sure you may have gotten the 275, and then next time, the house comes crashing down.

I'm just talking in general for everyone now, btw...
