I've been trumped. I'll stop while I'm only this far behind.

Squats - 195X2, 195X2, 235X2, 285X1, 325X1
Pull ups - 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5
Walking rows w/ sled
Straight bar curls - 45X5, 65X5, 85X5, 85X5

Good little workout. I had to lift 325 slow. When I got down in the hole & started to press up, I felt the bad hamstring activate & I wasn't entirely comfortable with it. So I ended up squatting 325 very slowly in order to keep from recruiting a lot of muscle fibers. It makes sense, it sounds dumb, but that's what I had to do. I'm still happy though.

Yeahh! He finally got the videos up from the Chattanooga meet. I'm watching for the first time right now.

Pat squats 900 & deadlifts 675. If you watch on his second squat attempt that he misses, he gets called down too deep & can't get up. He was called down pretty deep on the third attempt also. Definitely parallel, but about an inch or two higher.

On the first deadlift attempt, he just stood up with 635 (not shown). SOOO easy. I wanted him to try 700 on his second attempt, but he wanted 675. He hurt his back (popped & cramped) on the 675 attempt & we ended up trying to massage his back out, but he never was right when he tried 700. He would have pulled 700 easily if he had done it his second attempt.

Check out the bench vid where Travis does 500 raw. He smooooked it. I guess that was last week or the week before. I had forgotten all about it. Very impressive.

He squats 500 raw as fast as I can squat 135. That's not an exaggeration.
