^^ I doubt it. He hasn't been DC training for a few weeks now at least.

Scorcher, he's not deloading (cruising) still on DC training. He's moved on quite a while ago. I wouldn't let him "deviate" anyways!

Well got home from work early only an 11.5 hour day

So just dead lifted for reps. Really should start a new routine this weekend

Well I thought I was in o.k. cardio shape till I started working at 8,500 ft, shit the altitude just kicks my ass.
