I'm just wondering if I will honestly be able to stick to it. without going off course. I'm still thinking about it. I could be wrong but it seems like not enough, being that I'm on some good supps that have really helped w/ my recovery times

I hear ya. You could always add more. More sets OR an extra exercise or two. Remember that you're doing that every other day vs. doing it every 5 days like DC. So for the 12 rep mesocycle, for example, doing 2 sets of 12 reps heavy squatting every other day IS gonna work ya! Plus, if you are lifting heavy enough to where 12 reps is barely gettin' done, it'll take it's toll I assure you.
It's up to you. If you look at Bill Starr's 5x5, it doesn't look like shit either... Only three exercises per day! But it still took me over an hour to get through each workout, and kicked my fucking ass.

Looks good. Don't underestimate that first week of 15's. If you choose the heaviest weight you can handle for 1-2 sets of 15 reps, it'll smoke ya! Same with the 12 reps.
It won't get fun until you start the alternating routines from 10 reps on down!

Mon--Gym--DELOADING
still just taking it sorta easy, start new routine next Sat. Today just hit Chest, Shoulders, and Quads. First time there on a Mon. morning started my new work schdule of Sat-Sun-Mon off Tues-Fri on. It'll be tough to get used to..but I think I can handle it.
Lost trck of time in the gym, ended up training like 1.5 hours..I never do that, but w/o a set routine I still get a little carried away...I'll learn someday. Better then the 2 kids that were thier before me and just doing bb and db curls the whole time come to think of it I think I mentioned them a few months back,,doing the same thing oh well n.o.m.b.

Sat--gym
Wow havent been in here since the 8th although all I did on wed is deadlift
So I was al set to start my new routine and had a serious 17 hour day yesterday at work, driving in the mountains,in snow and ice. Anyway got up this morning to tired to try something new so I hit chest, shoulders, quads, calves. My gym finally gets there leg press fixed, worked up to 14 plates...and it got stuck on the way down.. life fitness leg press machines suck
