Here I go. Want to start by saying that the training I will be doing for the next 2-3 months is not based on D.C. But if any of the experienced guys out there see me going in a bad direction, please by all means let me know

Back width
hammer mach pull

10 x 270

Back thick
low pull rows
10 x 180
8 x 220
9 x 220

O.K. some new exercises, just setting up my baselines so all was straight sets. Feeling a little weak. I just lost 7 lbs in the last 3 day, I called it "the burrito food poisening diet" much stonger then DNP If you want some I'll tell ya were you can get it, secure e-mails only

Don't know much about the D.C program.



What's your split look like ? 3-4 days a week ?

its a 3 day split sorta, sat-mon-wed but you basically hit the same body part 3 times over 9 days or something like that, if ya havent noticed I suck at trying to explain things

Had a good work out. A couple new exercises for me. On the second set of leg presses my freaken head felt like it was going to explode

I'm glad i'm not the only one with that problem. Is it a throbbing pain on the back of your head by your neck? Like every time your heart beats, it throbs? Its very unbearable. No one could ever explain to me what caused that. And its pretty much only when i do heavy leg presses.

It can sometimes be caused by neck posturing, i.e. when your are straining your neck and projecting your chin forward trying to press those heavy weights.

It is also very often abrupt changes in blood pressure.

Yea I figure thats what happens just before you die from an aneurysm
