^^^ yea I probably will hit up a few over here.
My problem is to me there is a differance between "Cutting" and "Losing wieght"
I think scalato did a good job at losing wieght, but I don't see any more defintion then when he started
To me a cutting contest is Droping fat, but still retaining muscle, and at the end having more of a defined look.

Exactly. Everyone has different views on what to look for. You'll get the chodes who think Gary should win because he "looks" the best (even though he took some bullshit pre-pics, juices, and put on the rub on tan to show striations).. Others who look at the MOST amount of fat loss (without looking like he hits the gym)... OR yourself who retained the muscle while trimming down (looking like a natural non-competitive bodybuilder). It SHOULD be obvious given that BN ATTEMPTS to be a bodybuilding board lol.. I say attempts according to the off topic being 100-1 compared to training forum.. Not to mention everyone getting called out E.O.D. in the pic forum.
Then again I'm biased because you have actual natural strength, and don't kid yourself with benching 10-15 reps with 225 lbs and say, "Who needs strength".

I have lurked and posted on many different bodybuilding forums including BN, and I love this one the best simply because it has a small close community feel to it. Not a bunch of people bitching about stupid things. I can actually learn so much on this board and I really like the people who post here!
