Yea, but it felt good, something about getting that weight up, and that bar getting that little arc in it

Well went to the gym late for me, about 9:30 am. It's good shows me why I don't go at that time. Now maybe I'm out of the loop here and it's the latest But can't figure what the heck its good for. I was on my machine. He comes some guy trying to run...but his personal trainer has a rubberband wrapped around him and was holding him back as much as he could. looked like that surgical band was gonna bust any second and he was going to go flying through the window

Well haven't really been on much, need to take a little time off. Also had injured my knee last week. I went to the Doc and they say it was my meniscus. Apparently I had injured it a long long time ago and just re injured it. It's healing up slowly but surely.

On a more tragic note. My daughter was due to have her baby this next week and make us grandparents. Well somehow something went very wrong, and the baby didn't make it. It has really hit our family hard and hope you can include us in your prayers.

His name was Jaydin.
