Thank you all for the support.



As for me found out I injured/sprained my medial collateral ligament. It was sorta good news to find out it wasnt my meniscus. Doc has me off of work for the next 15 days. I've already been off for 10 days. I need to get back in the gym (no real leg work though)

damn dude, that's like a double tragedy for you right now.
how's your daughter holding up? do they go to a psychiatrist for a session or two to try and ease things up? (serious)

Well she is doing much better than I could ever dream of doing. She is not seeing a psychiatrist. It's just been family support.
