Sat-Gym

Bi's
Drag Curl
9+7+7 x 100 R.P. (+10lbs)

Forearms
Hammer Curls
1 x 16 x 45 S.S. (+2 Reps)

Calves
Seated Calf Raises
2 x 15 x 180 S.S.

Hams
leg Curl
7+3+2 x 145 R.P. (+35lbs)

Quads
hack squat Mach

Felt a little better today, didnt have to take that amoxcillen. Well 450 is the most I can put on leg mach, tried to put 1 more plate on each side but looks like it may fall off and I dont wanna buy the gym a new window. So I guess I will just keep trying to beat previos weeks reps on first set, and on second I still have some room.

Hey bro, not to be a pain, but when you say you didn't need to take the amoxicillin do you mean you finished it? Or you didn't take it cuz you felt better.

I hope you finished the entire course of antibiotic. Get well soon!

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Oh, I got ya. Cool. Just wondering cuz a lot of people stop them when they feel better and end up relapsing.
