I felt like my brittle old bones were going to just snap :biglaugh:

Really felt some pressure on the knees, and also felt like the top of my head was going to be ripped apart, some reason felt lots of pressure there.

Comming to the end of my bulking contest. Couldent resist signing up for a transformation contest that starts on Feb1 though. I'm going to continue bulikg for the next month, only starting to clean up my diet a little.
My bro in law compeated for a number of years at some good shows, he said he would coach me so we'll see how that goes.
