Comming to the end of my bulking contest. Couldent resist signing up for a transformation contest that starts on Feb1 though. I'm going to continue bulikg for the next month, only starting to clean up my diet a little.
My bro in law compeated for a number of years at some good shows, he said he would coach me so we'll see how that goes.
