Just remember when you pick up your blasting again, you won't be lifting AS heavy as when you were pre-cruise. The mentality will be tough getting back into the intensity when you're a little "weaker". Just keep that in mind for your first run through! Noone under the sun will come off of a cruise as strong as when they came in.

My advice is to slightly undershoot some exercises so you won't get destroyed your first week back!.. Just don't be a pussy.

It's hard cause sometimes the heavy wieghts really hurt. Besides I don't want to get TO BIGf rom lifting to much wieghts. My wife says she likes me just the way I am.

J/k Yea I was figureing on lowering the wieghts on all the lifts, by just a bit, I know I shouldnt be tring for p.rs but was went for my bench got up 355 x 1 tried for 365 came down fine, came up just under half way and stalled. At least I have a cage now and don't have to yell over to my wife for help.
again thanks for your help

Cardio Home day

33min 10miles on recumbant bike.

Well went to my ins Endo today because of my low test. Seems like a cool guy, course he was like your a pretty big guy have you ever injected steriods. (tecniclly no, I've never injected superdrol) So he wanted more blood to run more test, I-gf, cortizone, and tyroid. wants to see me in another month, and said depending on test results would probably prescribe test.
