It's hard cause sometimes the heavy wieghts really hurt. Besides I don't want to get
TO BIGf rom lifting to much wieghts. My wife says she likes me just the way I am.
J/k Yea I was figureing on lowering the wieghts on all the lifts, by just a bit, I know I shouldnt be tring for p.rs but was went for my bench got up 355 x 1 tried for 365 came down fine, came up just under half way and stalled. At least I have a cage now and don't have to yell over to my wife for help.
