Cardio-

Recumbant bike- 35min 10 miles

It is really nice having equipment at home, cause I know there would be no way I would make it in to the gym everytime just to do cardio. I would somehow work my way over to the wieghts

Home--Cardio

Recumbent Bike

36 min. 10.5 miles

I like my bike it has 6 different pre set programs, and each program has like 12 settings for difficulty....If I can find the down hill only setting...I know I could blow out like 20 miles
