Training wise, especially with a cutting diet, you may get burnt out faster with the 2 day split rest/pausing like you are. If you start to feel like warmed over ass, consider breaking up your days to a 3 day'er, and start straight setting. I find it easier that way since you're not trying to gain mass anymore vs. trying to maintain what you already got.

Thanks, I'm down to 287 as of today. As long as everyone see's that gary did B.S. photos. But really it's more for me The contest is helping with the motovation though

What I have been doing is splitting up my Monday sessions and doing half on Sunday.

I've been minimizing my Rest pause, today only bi's were. The rest are all straight setted

Still feeling good, I'm keeping a watch full eye out for any signs of over training

LOL, yeah, I saw those too. Sure helps his cause that he was juicing before that contest as per his previous posts. I thought it was extremely funny that he put down in his initial cutfest posts that he only takes ON 100% whey for this contest. And his "pot belly" had some light abs sketched on there. LOL..

If thats his real pot belly, I gladly trade mine for his. Don't get me wrong, I wouldnt even be upset if I came in dead last, but no way in hell I'm I coming in behind someone who cheats

Well I guess on paper training looks a little better then it felt. Had little strength. I contribute that to walking around Sea World for about 9 hours yesterday. I had a good meal before I left the house. I brought 2 muscle milks, but that was hardly enough. You would think with all the fish there, that you could find a nice grilled fish sandwich somewhere. LOL. Anyway by 6:30 or so I started getting seriously irritated by everything cause I'm starving. So by this time were leaving to get something to eat, If you have ever never been to San-Diego there is food EVERYWHERE. But noooooo to very indecisive women in the car couldn't decide what they wanted. We drive to two places both had waiting times of almost an hour. I seriously started to walk of in the direction of a supermarket to get something to eat. Finally found somewhere to eat. Of course they're like "God, you don't have to be such an ass". About the closest I've come to losing it. LOL
