Nice work. What was the basis of the contest? Lean body mass before and after?

I couldnt go to the gym before work since they called me up about 7:45pm to be in at 1am. So I saved my 2nd lunch and 2 breaks (1hr)till I finished my route. So found the chain that I belong to and blasted out a 1hr workout. It was in a super ritzy area, I bet no one has ever sweat on that equipment before. LOL
