What a shitty F'n half assed training day. Did'nt want to get out of bed, did'nt want to go to the gym, got to the gym and still did'nt want to be there.

On a more upbeat note, I have no clue what I did differant yesterday, but I got up this morning and legs were super vascular, never seen them like that.
