ciao

i'll be tracking my cardio here over the next 3 months as i build consistency.

cardio 5 days a week, 30 minutes daily. total of 150 minutes weekly.

log start: august 14 2023
log end: november 14 2023

start weight: 89kg
end weight: n/a
