Thanks for the words.

Today was
ME
Flat Bench 1x5 (2 plates and 22.5/side)
Floor Press 1x5 (2 plates and 25/side)
Shoulder Press 3x5 (1 plate at 7.5/side)
Dips 2x8 (65)
Pull downs 4x10 (210)

Sorry for not going by exact lbs I find it much easier to go by number of plates. 1 plate =45 lbs

I realized that I have been doing floor press all wrong. I was doing some read ups and most guys pause at the bottom of the motion. I used to do touch and go.

Didnt have enough time for arms :biglaugh: Ill probably just add that into my lower day.

Weight 223lbs. Will cut down carbs over the next couple of days.

Friday July 25

Front Squats: 2 plates/side (5x3)
Deadlifts: 4 plates/side (1x5)

Weight 220

Went really like today, could have easily gone higher but I hurt my right quad and I didnt want to aggravate it.

Made some adjustments with Darkhorse to bring out the weaker bodyparts, in my case.. arms.

This type of training will act as a 4 week blast before I go back to 5x5.

Incline Bench 5x5: 2 plates plus 7.5/side
Dips 4-8 ^: Bodyweight, 25, 45, 60
Flyes: 30
Lateral Raises 30

To be honest, I was getting mentally exhausted from pushing myself way too hard in strength training. This will act as a nice breeze, improve my weaker parts and I can go full force again with 5x5 in a few weeks.
