I have started my deload phase of 5x5 so I pretty much do 3x3 (2x) week. Parents insist that I cut down, and I agree. Packed on way too much chubb over the bulk. Would love your suggestions. I am not looking forward to losing strength. |
Just a quick update
Front Squats 2 plates (3x3) Shoulder Press 1+10 (3x5) Deads 4 +10 (3x3) Pull ups 3x5 I am just giving my lower body a rest. Calves have really tightened up and I dont want to over load them. |
