Olympic Squats:
3x45 (5 Reps)
3x45+10 (5 reps)
3x45+15 (5 reps)
3x45 +20 (5 reps)
----------------------
Incline 5x5: 2 plates + 7.5 (3x5)
----------------------
JS Rows 5x5
2 plates + 5 (5x5)

Someone was telling my squat were not a smooth motion during my heavy reps. Once on the ground I tend move my back slightly forward then thrust up.

I didnt think my back was the issue, i have no trouble with heavy good mornings or deads.

Ive lost about 4 lbs this week. I was shifting apartments so I had to do a lot of manual labor with very little food. Strength is just under my best.

I am actually leaving the country for good on Friday. So I will my best to keep posting.

Today did
45 45 5 (5x5) Front Squats
45 5 (3x5) Shoulder Press
Deadlifts 4x45 (3x5)

Will try and get weight up by 2 lbs before I leave.
