You better not give it to me as I'm lurking in your journal...Like Hrdgain said, don't push it. I recommend doing a deload week while sick. Just drop the overall volume and reps and focus more on getting well again.

Thanks Hrdgain81 and 0311, I was feeling much better today I didn’t push myself as hard as usual. I should be back to normal by Monday/Tuesday, I have been training very intense in the past couple of weeks and my body could use the extra break.

Fortunately sometime next week I will move out of residence and finally have a kitchen so I can get away from my monochromatic diet.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support!

Day 24

Tuesday: Lower 1
Incline Curls: 2 x 6-8
Hammers: 1 x 12-18

A2G Squats: 7 x 5, 225 (Felt to easy, I increased volume slightly to avoid having to wait for the leg press machine to free up)
Leg Press: 2 x 10 10 Plates (12reps came out easy)
Calves: DC Style

Overall thoughts:
Despite my illness, I still was able to maintain my weight (183-185lbs). Which is interesting since when I fell ill* a few months ago I lost about 5-6lbs in the same amount of time. Perhaps Anagen preserved some muscle mass.

I don’t usually get sick but I have been over stressing myself lately with school and so fourth; next week will be better.

Day 27
Thursday: Upper 2

Incline Press: 3x5 160lbs
Standing Military Press: 3 x 5-8 110bs
Pulldowns (2x15,12 wide),(2x12 medium) 140lbs
Reverse Pulldown 1-12 140lbs
Rev. P-downs: 2 x 10-12 110lbs (10lbs increase)

Training
Weights stayed the same, however felt much easier. I could have easily added 10lbs to each exercise, however I wanted to make sure I was fully recovered.

Diet:
Spot on.

Supplement Anagen
In the first two weeks of supplementing with Anagen, my strength increased dramatically (10lbs/week). Soon after, I noticed much greater muscle density. My lagging parts in particular, have really begun to develop. It really is unbelievable what this supplement helped me to achieve. Prior to usage, my weight and strength remained constant, now it is increasing at a steady rate and has not started to diminish. Right now, I am noticing even greater muscle fullness.

While out of the gym for a week, I was able to resume with a ZERO decrease in strength and weight.

Day 28 – Tuesday
Lower 2

Barbell Curls: 2 x 6-10
Standing Reverse Curls: 1 x 12

A2G Squats: 1 x 4-8, 1 x 20 (widow-maker) 260lbs
Rack Dead lifts: 3 x 5 225lbs
Ham. Curls: 2 x 10 200
Leg Exten: 2 x 10 200
Calves: 1 x 15-20 275
Abs Work: 5 x 10

Training
Great workout today, I pushed my self very hard on A2G squats as a result couldn’t perform as well on dead lifts.

On a side note, I will be moving out of residence tomorrow and my diet will really start to develop even further! I am excited to get away from my relatively monochromatic diet, and through in some variety!

It was a difficult year but now its time to enjoy a greater variety in my diet, grilling on the floor was hard work!

I didn’t loose an ounce of strength or muscle mass, I am feeling terrific!

Thanks for your words bro.

Day 30

Upper 1
Flat Bench: 5 x 5 (190lbs)
Incline Dumbbell: 2 x 6-10 (30 degree) 120lbs (+10lbs)
Incline DB Flyes: 1 x 12-15 (15 degree) 50lbs
JS Rows: 4 x 6 (170lbs)
Lateral Raise: 2 x 10-12
A1) Skullcrushers: 2 x 6-10

Training
Fantastic workout today, bench stayed the same but felt much easier. Hopefully next week I will be able to set a new PR! Every day strength increases, I am able to lift more and more.

Today I had an odd experience with Loaded Fascia Stretches, while stretching out my triceps I had a horrible pain in my elbow and shoulder, perhaps use a lighter dumbbell?

Supplement Anagen
I plan to add a bit more cardio (2x a week for 40 mins) just to lean out slightly. I am certain that anagen will help preserve muscle mass even while on a slight deficit.

I'd say that's a good idea. A horrible pain in any joint is never a good thing.
