At hrdgains suggestion I just bought some Citrulline Malate which I hope will help with energy levels pre workout.
So did you feel a difference with the cit mal/bcaa cocktail?

Personally I think they have helped quite a bit, but I have also adapted to the diet over the weeks so I am not sure. But they are so cheap and seem to be helping so I will continue to use them.

Ohh and if you add citrulline malate to your chocolate shakes it makes them taste like your eating a chocolate orange

I have to ask, who's that picture in your avatar before the one you just put on now of Colin Ferrell?

It was an actor from the HBO series Deadwood. If you EVER have a chance watch that fucking show, its amazing. All about whores, mining, and murder.

Trying to decide which avatar I like better, that actor just has an awesome look.

About time, I start looking at ur journal. I am planning to do something similar also in the future, and I am going to use ur journal as a guideline.

Well, I have decided that I am going to end my CKD cutting diet and go to a straight cutting diet with low carbs. The main reason for this is that I have simply become bored with this diet and have found it harder and harder for me to stick to no carb dieting as I have been following it for 7-8 weeks now. With school ending and the start of my new job soon, I just don't think I can follow the diet as strictly as I should.

I will be posting my cutting diet breakdown in a new journal soon which will be based on me cutting back calories about 5%-10% below my BMR with alot more cardio. With more access and ability to focus on my cardio than I could on my CKD, I feel that I will continue to see results with the new diet.

Overall the CKD was very effective for the time I was on it and would recommend it to others looking for some quick weightloss. I had weeks where I couldn't follow it as strictly as I should have with traveling/interviewing and really only counted 6 weeks that I was on it for a total of 11 lb weightloss. Not bad in my opinion.
