Tuesday's Workout
KB Swings: 55 lbs. 1 minute each arm for 3 sets
KB Snatches: 3x10 each arm @ 55 lbs.
KB Clean & Press: 3x10 each arm @ 55 lbs.
KB Windmills: 3x5 each arm @ 55 lbs.
KB Halos: 3x10 @ 55 lbs.
1 minute rest inbetween each set.
OVERVIEW
Well back to the workout. Tried something different and did "traditional" reps and sets. Still very tiring. The snatches really killed me. I still have ringworm and but it looks like it's starting to go away so hopefully I can start back with my MMA training next week.

Abs:
Crunches 4x30
Hanging Leg Raises 3x15
Cherry Pickers 3x30 @ w/12lbs. medicine ball
OVERVIEW
Work has just been kicking my butt and getting back into it was rough. I've put on a little weight, not the good kind, and I'm going
to be working on cutting down a little bit for a possible competition I have coming up and then get in to strength training again.
I was testing the waters for my next 5x5 workout utilizing P Cleans. My traps are killing me afterwards. I did the Power Cleans w/o the front squat catch. I think I'm going to stay at 185 and see how heavy I can get the Clean from there.

Tuesday's Workout
PM Training: 2 hr Grappling
OVERVIEW
The DOMS I'm feeling right now I haven't felt in a long time. It felt sooo good to get back on the mat and train close to what I use to do on a regular basis. I realize I have some catching up to do from being out for so long.
I'm going to test out my squat bench and JS row later in the day on Wed., can't wait.

Thursday's Workout
Squat: 5x5 @ 185, 225, 275, 315, 335
BB Bench: 4x5 @ 185, 205, 225, 235
Clean and Press: 3x5 @ 185
OVERVIEW
Just looking for numbers here. I was disappointed to say the least. My bench was tough and about where I thought it would be but my squat was not close to what I hoped.
I'm still deciding on what to do before my competition this fall so I'll have to make up my mind by the end of the day Monday so I can get on a schedule and stop F'in around.

Keep up the good work man, you will get there sooner than you think. They say muscle memory is a wonderful thing...and it is true! Good luck

Wednesday's Workout
50 Seconds rest between each set. 2 minutes between each exercise.
Clean & Press: 10x2 @ 185 lbs.
Curl Grip Chin-ups: 10x2 @ 35
BB Bench: 10x1 @ 255
Abs:
Crunches 4x30
OVERVIEW
Trying to get back into the swing of things and it was a very tough start. I would have ended with Deads but my back was feeling very tight and I was getting small lower back spasms. So I ended with some crunches on a swiss ball and called it a day.

Thanks man. I just hate having to start lower when I know I can do higher.

Monday's Workout
50 Seconds rest between each set. 1.5 minutes between each exercise.
Clean & Press: 10x2 @ 185 lbs.
Curl Grip Chin-ups: 10x2 @ 35
BB Bench: 10x1 @ 255
Deads: 20x1 @ 315
Abs:
Crunches 4x30
PM Training: 1 hr Muay Thai and 1hr BJJ
OVERVIEW
The workout went better than I thought it would. My back is bothering me some so I'm going to make sure I do more core and ab exercises to keep my back from getting all f'ed up from the cleans. Deads where great, my grip only gave way at the last couple of sets.
Getting back into my Muay Thai and BJJ training, and I got to tell you, for once my BJJ training was harder than my MT training. I sparred a lot last night and our brown belt was kicking the crap out of me. My back was doing ok until after sparring. I'm going to rest and stretching tonight so I can hopefully workout tomorrow.
