It is not easy and I prob. should have started a little lighter. Sets 15 - 20 are not very pretty.

Monday's Workout
40 Seconds rest between each set. 1.5 minutes between each exercise.
Squat: 14x2 @ 315 lbs.
JS Rows: 3x2 @ 205
Abs:
Crunches 4x20
V ups 3x10 @ 15 lbs.
20 minute run
OVERVIEW
Went in feeling good this morning but for some reason my neck and clavicle area started to hurt real bad. I Stopped doing squats and took a 5 minute break and decided to do Rows and then it really started to hurt. I don't know if I slept funny or strained it a little and just tweaked my neck but it felt like I pulled something. I finished with some ab work and ran to make up for a crappy workout. Hopefully Wednesday's workout will be better.

Wednesday's Workout
35 Seconds rest between each set. 1.5 minutes between each exercise.
Clean & Press: 15x2 @ 185 lbs.
Curl Grip Chin-ups: 8x2 @ 45
BB Bench: 8x1 @ 265
OVERVIEW
Well another crappy workout. I lost track of time and the gym at my work was closing in 30 minutes so I tried to crame as much as I could in. Ended up at my gf's gym in her new apt. complect and did some running and ab work for about 35 minutes. Going to stick with 35 seconds for another week and try to get a solid workout in.

update
I tweaked my back on Thursday and today is the first day it is feeling ok. I haven't' been training or lifting since then and feel very sluggish. I might switch it up a bit and do some kettlebell and core work.

More updates.
My back is feeling better. It's still a little tender and last night I grappled for the first time in almost 2 weeks. The time off helped a lot and the class was great. I did a little kettlebell work the other day, mostly turkish get ups and windmills, just to work on my core and stability muscles. With the holiday coming I'm going to do more kettlebell workouts since it is so easy to travel with.
