PM training:
TIRE FLIPS... AAAHHHH!!: 4X10 @ 1 AWESOME TIRE

OVERVIEW
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! THEY FINALLY GOT A TIRE!!!
Sorry but I was so excited when I walked into the gym at my MMA school and walked into the back and there it was. I immediately had a Christmas morning moment. I ran over and rolled it into the parking lot, they had the back garage door open. The guy who got it said it was heavy. I flipped it once and it was about a 250lbs tire, give or take. I told him that it was nothing and then proceeded to flip away.

After my first two sets, one of the girls that runs the gym and the Crossfit group yield out, "Dave give me 10." I said I got one better. I flip the tire, steady it, jump in the hole then out, run around to the other side where I was before and flip it again. She saw that and was like yeah that a good one to that. So I did that for the last to reps.
Comp. Team was good I was able to grapple the top belt guys and hopefully make a good impression and get noticed so I can get promoted soon.
After the day was over I went up to one of the guys that works at the gym and said, "I'm so glad you guys got the tire. Now you HAVE to get a couple of sledge hammers." He looked at me funny and asked why. WHY?! To hit the tire with, just get the heaviest sledge you can and a light one for the girls and you'll see.
