Do you work on conditioning through longer sparring sessions or do you start adding in extra runs ? Good luck

I don't really run much. I mostly do longer sparring sessions and circuit type training with heavy days and light days, most of which I focus on the amount of reps I do in a set time.

Monday's Workout

PM training:

MMA 1hr
BJJ 2hr

OVERVIEW
Classes were great and I'm starting to get use to being all beat up, it's a different type of DOM. But what I'm not use to is lifting with different injuries that pop up after every training session. I know that other pros. lift or workout with weights all the time when they are injured but I haven't trained this hard before and lifting is becoming difficult to balance. I'll try and lift soon since it's driving me crazy that I haven't in so long.

MMA was great. Learned different ways to work the clinch with a wrestlers tie-up. Then I got to work Ground and Pound with a big guy and our Judo black belt. I got to say the big guy was fun to beat on. He's very strong but doesn't know how to mix BJJ and striking. I also did well ageist our Judo black belt. Felt good to smack him around a little since he has slammed me through the floor a couple of times in the past... all in training fun of course.
BJJ was good, we worked a lot of mount techniques and I was able to spar with some new people from other schools that have started to train with us.. very fun and refreshing.
