thanks man, i ended up lifting today actually. heres what we did

dumbell bench: 5x10 with 65's
incline dumbell bench: 5x10 with 55's
dumbell pullovers: 5x10 with a 55
one legged strait legged deadlift: 5x10 with 60
bent over rows: 5x10 at 95

todays running
10 minutes of jumproping (i guess it was to cold to go outside and run)

height: 5'9"
weight: 198bs
bench 1RM: 275
parallel squat 1RM: 385
deadlift 1RM: N/A
hang clean 1RM: N/A

i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...

another friday lift, with squat, yay.

bench: 1x5 at 180, 1x5 at 190, 1x5 at 205
squat: 5x10 at 185, 5x5 at 225
bent over rows: 5x10 at 95

todays running
3/4 mile jog
30 minutes on stationary bike

no lifting monday, becasue we had no school. dont remember what i did yesterday, but this is what we did today

dumbell bench: 5x10 with 70's
incline bench: 4x5 at 155, 1x4 at 185
lat pulldown: 5x10 at 130
reverse flies on a ball: 5x10 with 15's

today's running
1 1/2 mile jog

todays tiring lift

dumbell shoulder press: 5x10 with 30's
isolation curls: 5x10 with 20's
wrist curls: 5x10 with 30's
one handed snatches: 3x10 with a 55
power shrugs: 5x10 at 245

todays running
various jumping drills: 4
pulling and stepping over a punching bag:15-20
running up and down a steep hill: 6x10 yrds

bench: 1x5 at 185 1x5 at 195 1x5 at 205

push-ups: 5x15 (between the lat pulldown sets)

hey, sence we only have 2 days of school this week coach made it a "max week" for us. heres what i did

bench: 235 1RM, down 15 pounds sence june
powercleans: 195 1RM, down 10 pounds sence june
timed 1 mile: 9:15 PR

also i got weighted and caliper tested for wrestling
weight: 213.2 pounds
BF%: 21 (the one in my sig was based on measurements, not calipers)

did horrible on deadlift today, i dont know whats wrong. got a good 7 hours of sleep, ate a good lunch, everything.

deadlift: 1x3 at 245, 1x1 at 295, 1x1 at 315 (new max), 1x0 at 335, 1x0 at 325

todays running
running up and down stairs (wrestling): 10 minutes
