3x15 45lb wide grip lat pulldown 3x15 45lb reverse grip lat pulldown 3x15 45lb close grip lat pulldown 3x15 45lb machine seated cable rows 3x15 20lb one arm bent over db rows 3x15 45lb barbell deadlifts 500 counts jumping rope 10 minutes stationary bike 3x15 burpees |

Been doing some circuit lately. Here's what I did today:
4 rounds 8 50lb barbell deadlift 10 barbell hop lateral burpees 12 30lb kettlebell swings 15 20lb medicine ball slams Also I was looking at some CLA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjugated_linoleic_acid) at a supplement store nearby and I think I have to do further readings about it. Anyone has tried them before, though? |
