Been doing some circuit lately. Here's what I did today:
8 50lb barbell deadlift
10 barbell hop lateral burpees
12 30lb kettlebell swings
15 20lb medicine ball slams
Also I was looking at some CLA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjugated_linoleic_acid
) at a supplement store nearby and I think I have to do further readings about it. Anyone has tried them before, though?
