Ok.. saturday morning start off

I found a supplement powder that I actually was quite interested in

Took the recommended dose about 10 mintues before I left for the gym

Leg day!

Squat
205 x 7
215 x 7
265 x 20 "widowmakers"

calf raise leg press machine
260 x 7
260 x 7
260 x 36 failure

leg curl machine (sitting)
120 x 7
120 x 7
120 x 20 failure

took recommended dose of supplement when I got home no soreness..

Supplement is...
Universal Nutrition's
BCAA Stack
Serving size 10g
ammount per serving
Glutamine 2.75g
L-luecine 2.5g
L-isoleucine 1.25g
L-Valine 1.25g

and no soreness after the exercise.... was nice for a change....

Hey bro on that supplement if your interested in BCAA's I'd recommend next time you try another product as that is a little underdosed imo. Just don't want you to get ripped off!

Well the best approach imo is to buy bulk bcaa's. I like bulk everything, lol. But a better product would be Scivation X-Tend. More like 7 grams of BCAA instead of 5 plus glutamine. It also has cit malate which is great, but the amount is very low. If you were to take X-Tend and add 2 or 3 more grams of bulk cit malate to it you'd be on to something. 30 servings instead of 25 for around the same price.

First started with one packet of superpump250

here is program start off

Back/bi's

Deadlift
235x6
286x6
305x6
355x1(lost grip on bar)
325x3

lat pulldowns
60x20 (10 behind neck 10 front)
90x20 (10 behind neck 10 front)
105x20 (10 behind neck 10 front)

bentover bb rows
95x8
115x10
135x10x6x5 rest/pause

bb curl
21's (50lbs)
65x8x6x4 Rest/pause style

Alt hammer curl
15x10 per arm

went home
