Day 4: Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps
I still haven't done a heavy set for Shoulders yet, next Thursday I will. Everyone went as planned, this is a long ass day though. I'm thinking about making some changes

Day 5: Legs
Leg day, what can I say lol I finally came off of the smith machine for my squats even though I still dont have a training partner to spot me. I did a somewhat heavy set of 225 A2G for 3 reps, kind of a shitty squat if you ask me, but the form was perfect so I guess I'm making progress. Legs are still killing me today (Sunday)

Day 1: Chest/Calves and Cardio
Cardio was done, not much to say about it

Chest was also done pretty good workout

Day 2: Back
Missed this workout due to a chemistry final that I had to take, but it was a good sacrifice since I got a pretty good grade on my chem final which helped boost my overall grade

Everything went as planned on this day. Everything seems good so far, but like I mentioned still a long ass day, and its gettin hotter with the temperature in the gym rising. Prolly still going to make some changes, but Ive just been to lazy to think about it

Day 5: Legs
Squats=Fun....well sometimes. All went as planned, one of my favorite days. Next week I wanna try one of those 20 rep things that 0311 does, I think they are widow makers or something from DC's program lol, just to spice things up.

Day7:Cardio
My least favorite day of the week, but everything went as planned. Weird thing is though I woke up this morning with a pain in my left shoulder, I dont know how this happened since I did shoulders last thursday and it was sunday when the pain started? Prolly just slept on it wrong, even though it still does hurt today (monday)
