Default Young powerlifting log

Hello, my name is Martin. I am born 1995 and are 181cm's tall. I compete in ipf raw powerlifting. I would like to do some strongman later.
I am going to write my numbers in kilogram and cm's.

Best comp numbers
Squat 200kg
Bench press 140kg
deadlift 220kg
