do you think even moving those 8 inches is easy? why don't you try taking 225 lbs, using a wide stance like that and squatting 8 inches? you have no idea the stress that is placed on your joints, hips, knees, ass, hammies. and not to mention the whole back which is supporting this monstrous weight.

I said it was impressive. Thats a freakish amount of weight.

I'd just be more impressed if he did 6 or 700 lbs with his feet closer together and atleast to or past parallel.
